About me
Courtney Donohoe is the High School ELA Program Manager for Cleveland Metro Schools and founder of The WellSpace Collaborative, where she supports educators and students through effective literacy instruction, mindfulness, SEL, and instructional leadership practices. With a master’s in international human rights, Dare to Lead certification, and extensive experience in curriculum development, educator coaching, and wellness programming, Courtney designs interactive educator professional development that integrate self-care, empathy, and boundary-setting to foster resilient, connected learning communities.
