Kristal serves as the Chair of the Counseling Department at Sycamore High School, where she leads with the conviction that the strongest therapeutic outcomes are built on a foundation of community and connection. With extensive experience in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health, she has dedicated her career to developing a counseling program that prioritizes the "Power of Us" in practice at SHS. Kristal is passionate about how collective advocacy and shared professional growth can elevate our impact on the mental health landscape, ensuring that no educator—or student—walks their journey alone.
