With 15+ years as a teacher and administrator across all grade levels, I have been committed to creating an environment where students, staff, and families can thrive. As principal, I have worked alongside my team to foster a positive cultural shift through Professional Learning Communities (PLCs), data-driven decision-making, and strong collaboration. My "Beyond De-escalation" behavioral model, rooted in Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and Self Determination Theory, has helped us better understand student behavior and guide them toward self-awareness and emotional intelligence. I believe education is more than academics—it’s about self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. My leadership is grounded in five key pillars: trusting relationships, social-emotional learning, informed decision-making, clear communication, and student-inclusive feedback. I continuously challenge myself to grow because I believe that great leadership starts with personal reflection and a willingness to learn. By working together, we are building a school where every student has the support, confidence, and opportunity to reach their full potential.
